I started Synergy Resource Group because I kept seeing the same problem. Companies making critical leadership hires the wrong way. Moving too fast. Skipping the diagnostic work. Trusting the wrong firms. And paying for it.
Before moving into executive search, I worked in investment banking, finance, and consulting. That foundation shapes how I think about every search I take on. I understand capital structures, investor dynamics, board pressure, and what a bad senior hire actually costs a business. When a client describes a sensitive leadership situation, I'm already in the conversation.

Over the past two decades I've placed senior leaders at founder-led companies, funded startups, high-growth companies, PE-backed businesses, and established organizations. We have helped our clients fill critical positions in finance, operations, technology, HR, and general management. The work I find most meaningful is the kind that requires real diagnostic work before the search even starts. A founder who came to us thinking she needed to hire a Chief Growth Officer ended up upgrading the position and hired a CEO. This is the work I was built for.
Senior Search Consultant
Tanya brings nine years of executive search experience to Synergy Resource Group, where she has been a core part of the team since 2020. She specializes in sourcing senior-level talent, with a particular focus on passive candidates who are not actively looking. Prior to SRG, she built her search foundation skills at FourTen Search Partners, developing the instincts and discipline that retained search demands. A Bowling Green State University graduate, Tanya combines process rigor with genuine relationship building, and our clients consistently notice the difference.

Adelaida brings a sharp eye for detail and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting the right people with the right resources. At Synergy Resource Group, she supports our marketing efforts and serves as a key point of contact for clients and candidates navigating the search process.
